This shochu is a slowly aged Mugi Shochu (wheat shochu) Nikaido. Its aroma is gorgeous and mellow. Kichi Shiroku "Tsubo" is packed in a ceramic pot and corked, allowing it to mature in the pot. The lettering on the jar is handwritten by a craftsman.
