Made using black malt, this shochu was first brewed by Kirishima Shuzo founder Yoshisuke Enatsu in 1916. The single-distilled potato shochu Kuro Kirishima inherits the roots of the black malt used in brewing at the time of our founding. It is characterized by its rich sweetness and crisp aftertaste.
