This Junmai Daiginjo is made by using apple yeast discovered from the skin of apples by the 4th generation Kiyoma Nakao in 1945, and is characterized by its high aroma, high fermentation power, and refreshing acidity. Maboroshi Akabako is a kind of sake that is carefully brewed by hand and it represents the history of our brewery.
