This sake is brewed using the yukimuro (snow room) method of low-temperature food storage which has been handed down from ancient times in Uonuma, a region with plentiful snowfall. The sake is aged for three years at a low temperature of around 3 degrees Celsiu in a brewery that stores a large amount of snow. This product is a perfect match with Western food such as steak and cheese. | |
